On the one hand, comfort and energy consumption should be considered when using floor heating. Therefore, if you want to heat well, the floor heating must be paved well. How can the floor heating be laid more reasonably?
According to the code for design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, the water supply temperature of civil buildings is about 35 ~ 50 ℃, and the maximum temperature will not exceed 60 ℃, and the water temperature difference between supply and return should not be greater than 10 ℃.
Therefore, it is mentioned in the floor heating design specification that the longest length of the floor heating coil should not exceed 120 meters. If the length of the central heating system is less than 110 meters, it is better to use the self heating system if the length of the floor heating system is less than 90 meters.
Each water distributor can load up to 35-45 meters of geothermal pipe. If it is exceeded, the flow rate of hot water will be slowed down, the temperature difference between inlet and return water will be large, resulting in increased energy consumption and poor heating effect. In order to reduce the resistance of the system and achieve hydraulic balance, it is reasonable to keep the pipe length of each water distributor circuit between 60-70m as far as possible. And the length of each floor heating pipe should be consistent as far as possible, otherwise it will cause the phenomenon that the indoor local heating is not hot. At the same time, according to the indoor area, the number of collector and distributor can also be calculated.
In addition, the laying spacing of floor heating pipes is also particular. Many people think that the closer the pipe spacing, the better? This idea is certainly wrong, the relevant provisions point out: the spacing standard of floor heating is the minimum 100 mm, with a maximum spacing of 300 mm.
If the coil spacing is about 20 mm, if the coil spacing is well controlled, it should be about 16. The floor heating pipes with diameter of 16 are mainly used in Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan and other provinces in the south, but rarely used in the northern areas. Most of the ground heating pipes with the diameter of 20 are used in the northern areas.
