The project is an air source heating project of Zhangye passenger station in Gansu Province, with a total construction area of 5000 m2, 37 walls are equipped with insulation partial high lifting frame, and the indoor heating end is floor heating + fan coil unit, which is required to meet the heating demand in winter.
Climate and environment:
Zhangye belongs to continental climate, the climate is dry, the annual average temperature is 6 ℃, the coldest in January, the hottest in July. Winter is cold and long, the minimum temperature is about - 25 ℃, and the heating period is 150 days, which requires more stable heating facilities.
Through consulting the code for design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning of civil buildings (GB 50736-2012), the outdoor design parameters of Zhangye City in winter are obtained

The passenger station has a constant flow of people every day, especially when entering and leaving the station in winter, which affects the maintenance of indoor temperature. Through field investigation, combined with the particularity of the project building and application, we give the following design scheme:
1. In order to ensure the indoor heating temperature demand in winter, and according to the construction and climate conditions of the project, the project is equipped with 5 sets of 30 pilipman air source water floor heating central air conditioning units. The unit is located on the roof of the building, which greatly saves the floor area and does not affect the normal activities.
2. In the selection of indoor end, floor heating + fan coil unit mode is selected to transmit heat. The combination of the two end modes makes the heat continuously radiate to ensure stable indoor heating.
3. The unit is installed on the roof of the building with anti noise treatment. The system is far away from crowded places and the water and electricity separation system will not produce dangerous problems such as flammability and explosion, so as to ensure that the heating of passenger station in winter is cleaner and safer.
